BlueLemon: A Human and Technological Journey

BlueLemon est née d’une conviction simple : les outils numériques doivent s’adapter aux soignants, et non l’inverse.

Behind ToolRT is Ali SROUR, a medical physicist with over 12 years of experience, a graduate of Jean Monnet University, and an entrepreneur passionate about innovation.

Around him is a network of experts, mentors, and researchers who share the same vision: freeing healthcare teams from administrative burdens so they can refocus on patient care.

Our mission

At BlueLemon, we believe that well-designed technology can restore meaning to healthcare professionals’ work. Our ambition: to make radiotherapy smoother, safer, and more human, thanks to a tool created by those who experience it every day.

Our vision

Integrate artificial intelligence into operational processes and anticipate the profound changes it will bring to radiotherapy.

Our values

  • Creativity — Every department is unique, and so is every solution.
  • Listening — We co-build with your teams, on the ground.
  • Fairness & Kindness — Because every professional deserves equitable tools.
  • Perseverance & Loyalty — Two pillars of a lasting partnership.

Our promise

Putting our creativity and expertise at the service of healthcare professionals.

The Story of ToolRT

ToolRT was born in 2018 within a radiotherapy department facing organizational challenges and a growing administrative workload.

In response to these issues, a medical physicist developed an initial internal tool to facilitate coordination between teams and improve workflow visibility.
The success of this initiative led, a few years later, to the creation of a complete software solution, supported by the USE’In incubator, the Hubert Curien Laboratory, the Pingstar program and the Mind program.

ToolRT is now the result of this field experience and collaborative work carried out with radiotherapy professionals.
